Empowerment Process

We adopt a structured and inclusive approach to empower local artisans, particularly beneficiaries of the Improved Cookstove Project (Utkal Uday). The process begins with the development of unique product designs, either created in-house or sourced from skilled craftspeople. Once a design is finalized, we supply the required yarn and raw materials to the weavers, along with a clearly defined production timeline. Upon completion, the finished products are collected for quality assessment and order fulfillment. Our marketing and distribution strategy combines digital platforms, regional networks, and strategic partnerships to ensure broad market reach spanning local communities in Odisha, across India, and select international markets.
